hey guys i took my head off to get it shaved and ect, now head is back in and i need to release the timing chain so in can put the cam gear on back onto the cam itself, what is the best way to do this? cheers kyle, also its an ed motor

Lock the chain tensioner...
Did you lock and remove the timing chain tensioner before you took the cam gear off?
