Hi all,

I have a BA XT sedan and I want to lower it slightly. I was thinking about putting BA XR6 Turbo springs in it. How much lower will it sit? Will they bolt straight in? Will they work with my standard BA shocks?

PS if this will work and anyone has a set in SE melbourne im interested.

If you are going to replace the springs with XR ones then I would suggest you get yourself some NEW shocks. While you are at it, check ball joints, control arm bushes, upper and lower, and also the sway bar links and rubbers.
They car will sit noticeably lower and you will be impressed but it won't have the guard covering the tyre, you will notice about a 1-1.5 inch drop.

I have a set of front and rear BF Typhoon factory shocks and front springs.

And I know someone who rear springs to make a complete set.

Shocks have done less than 5,000km, so still fairly new.

Same height as XR and will bolt straight in.
