Print my photos in the AU sump Mod doc and take the sump and pictures to a local head machinist or metal fabricator.

Perhaps cut it yourself and sand it straight to lower the costs.

all they'll need to do is add a ally plate.
It should cost around $100-140

iirc there is a mob in QLD that makes the sumps and charges about $220 for it outright.

Yes the Dizzy fits.
No the AU mounts don't you need to use the XG lowers brackets and mounts.

I dont think you need to mod the sump to get it into an XG.

The only clearance problem is the swaybar.

Use the older manifold if you are using the XG loom and computer.

The map and air temp sensors are different.

Also use your old injectors - plugs fit, and the injector flow rates match your ecu. The AU III ECu wont work on your existing wiring as smartshield is very different than smartlock.

Also - easiest to use the temp. Sensor that is in the water outlet neck, and not the one on the back of the head. Your ok to ignore the one on the back of the head. This way your thermo fans etc will also work correctly as the rear of head sensor senses engine metal heat, not water temp and reads slightly differently. The AU is setup for this so that it can run when there is no water, but your Existing ECU wont be
