ok just swapped a motor in my eb
i have a o.m.v.l gas mixer how do they prime ....? is it from the gas computer to the relay then to the 2 solenoids my car will not flow gas untill the car has started any help will be appricated if u need any more info let me know cheerz kaino

what do you mean by prime?
when you say the car won't flow gas until the car is started, do you mean you are starting on petrol and then switching to gas manually, or if you have gas selected does it do this process automatically? can't really tell what your actual problem is lol what is the car doing/not doing that is different to before you did the engine change?

when i mean prime i mean there is no fuel pump in the car
it has always started on gas no dramas now i crank and crank and crank the gas solonoid does not open i am getting no fuel to the motor on starting to get around this i give the gas sonoloid 12v+ it opens lets gas flow till i stop it then it will start and run since then i have made a momentry switch on the dash to supply power to the gas solonoid acting as a primer..... ie. hit the button for 2 seconds and crank .... but why isnt the computer doing it

bit strange.
usually gas systems get their positive signal from the red wire at the engine wiring loom that feeds constant 12v to the injectors when the ignition is on or cranking (injectors are fired by a negative signal). does your gas computer have any LEDs or lights at all that you notice turn on when the key is in the on position? do you hear the relays or solenoids click when the key is in the on position? if not, and the car is straight gas, cut the thick red wire at the round engine loom on the ECU side (ie before the plug) and crimp some plugs on it so that you can plug your gas trigger feed into the wire on the ECU end, and if ever required to run on petrol again, you can just plug the wire back into the plug on the plug end. if you are unsure which wire it is exactly (cant remember if there are any other red wires on the loom lol) get a multimeter or test light and probe any other red wires to see if you get 12v only when on and cranking. hope that makes sense, if you need more info or a pic let me know, this is how i have mine wired up.
