Hi all,

My driver's side door lock doesn't work when using the keyfob or the button inside the cab. The aforementioned will lock/unlock all the other doors without issue. The only way to lock/unlock the driver's door is to use the key itself.

No that this is a major issue, more an inconvenience that I'i'd like to fix in case I walk away one day and forget to lock it with the key :S

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers in advance,

Ben :)

It sounds like the actuator is faulty or broken wires that go to the actuator. So pull the door trim off and replace it .Do a search and you will find the info you need.Cheers Kevman.

Hi. The problem is the latch itself, There is a small lever which has the actuator and the snib button attached to one side and a small tongue on the other side to move a part in the latch. Problem is the little tongue breaks off. The fix is replace the latch. Cheers MD
