I finally found the motivation to start work on the engine in the XR, started pulling it apart this morning but didnt get a great deal done before i had to go to work, current plans are, recondition the head, new timingchain tensioner and guides, AU mls headgasket, new lifters, pacemaker 4480 ceramic coated extracotrs highflow cat and a full system, possibly a cam?? injectors and anything else i decide on along the way as im still thining about what i want to do, anyway a pic of how it stands now lol
