Got a drip under passenger side of dash while using aircon assuming it's a drainage leak? Where to start looking? Do I have to rip dash out?

mine too common problem at all? ill be interested on how to fix it before it gets worse. i think it may have something to do with pipes freezing up?

The drainage hole to the engine bay might be blocked. Stick your finger it in from under the car.
