What do you all reckon? Are EL and AU Throttle Bodies interchangeable?

I have been sorting out a very sick EL over the past couple of weeks and after putting the correct Cold Air Intake Assembly back on the car it has really started to come back to what it should be and now I need to get a LPG Mixer back in there and was thinking that the factory E-Gas Throttle Bodies that I have seen in some AU's would be the best way to do it but didn't know if they were interchangeable.

They look the same size to me both the matting face/ bolt pattern and the Inlet opening.

Would appreciate any input from the knowledgeable out there.

All the best and by for now.

The TPS is different from EL to AU to AU2/3
The AU lpg throttle body is smaller then most retro fit mixers.

yeah the aftermarket mixer rings are bigger.
the standard au e-gas ones are stupidly tiny. i left mine at the wreckers as i was intending to be using the b2 and impco225 on the au motor when i put it in the eb

Sure I was planing to Use the EL TPS but if the performance is not as good as an after market mixer then I guess I should go with the later.

It is just that the space between the cold air ducket and the throttle body mouth is very small and need to hunt down a mixer that fits in there.

the mixer you would buy from Progas, sprintgas ect fits inside the stock intake pipe right at the TB.
(you need to drill a hole in the intake for the gas fitting to pock through.)

Other wise there are some multi fit ones that you use rubber or silicon hose and clamps to fit in with after market intake pipes.

42mm - 45mm is the size range you should be looking for.
