Hi all, i'm new here & in NZ where we can drive anything on the street.
Just over 3 years ago I went to good ol USA & purchased 4 cars, 1 of which is this blown Mustang. The others are a '66 Impala s/w, factory 396/TH400; '70 SS396 Nova (numbers matching car) & a '72 Nova, blown 355/TH350, tubbed with 31x18.50-15 on the back. I have a couple of others too; my '93 VP200 Clubsport with 310ci Group A motor (dyno'd 248rwkw n/a), '94 VRSS (standard), '92 VPSS (standard), '94 VR V8 s/w (dyno'd 165rwkw). I bought it because I needed 1 more car to fill the container & on closer inspection once back on our soil she's a little gem. Having run a best 1/4 of 9.55 @ 142mph in the heat of the desert with no i/c & twin 3" exhaust I had to buy her. It's been sitting in my shed on axle stands with a cover over it since it landed here but i'm about to get it up & running & see what it runs here. I'm doing a few mods first, such as an ice-to-air i/c, bigger injectors & a new ECU to get more power out of it. Would put up a pic but not sure how to.
