Depends whats written on the tag on the diff housing, could be a 3.08, or 3.23 or a 3.45

3.08 is a high ratio and the 3.45 is lower so 3.45 is good for a bit more , most/all e series xr models are fitted with 3.45 limited slip diff, you can also fit even lower ratio gears like 4.11 but you lose alot of economy with them

Its on the back of it, where the filler plug is , theres a metal tag on it, and a sticker near it,

the difference is .22... almost 1/4 turn of the tail shaft.
3.23 is close to 3 1/4 turns of the tail shaft for one rotation of the rear wheel, compared to 3,45 which is aprox 3 1/2 turns of the tail shaft for one rotation of the rear wheel.. which is slight but still notacable... |
