the left hand passenger door does not open from the inside and i want to remove the door trim to have a look but am having trouble removing it. ive removed all the screws but there seems to be something holding it in the centre of the trim. am i missing a screw or anything? or do i just pull it hard?

any help would be muchly appreciated

Sounds like you missed the screws on the arm rest. There are two small plastic covers that need to be pried off with a small screw driver, The covers re a bit bigger than a 20 cent coin.

OOps I am showing my age, I meant the size of an old 1 cent coin. They are just above the door handle near the grab handle. One is about 4 cm above the door handle and the other one is about 8 cm above that one. Also did you take the window winder handle off? Good luck.
