Hi guys

I'm looking at changing over the EF style bbq plate air flow pipe to the slim EL style.

I'm running gas on the EF and im just curious as to whether or not it is as simple as taking of the old and putting on the new?

I'm running a AIROD converter on the EF. Also, as you would know, there is a rubber connection from the airflow pipe to the throttle body, I remember somebody saying that something sits inside this that has to do with the gas that needs to be changed, a mixer maybe?. Is there any truth behind this?

Cheers guys
Daniel

Take some pics of your setup, and we'll show you how to organise it all.

I made up a hybrid intake of EF, EL and AU parts.

I used the EF air box top and 300mm section of alloy pipe and then the EL elbow followed by the AU section that mounts to the throttle body.

Cheers

Install a ba intake , it's better than the 2 and looks good.
