Hello everyone,
I have an au falcon which I am building into a speedway car. It is a budget car, so I wish to run the standard engine and ecu. It is currently an automatic but I beleive I can make it run as a manual using two resistors.
Is it the same as converting an XH?

Also, I am trying to minimise the wiring loom, does anyone know the main sensor wires that the computer needs to operate just the engine managment, I plan to keep the standard smart lock in the wiring and does the computer require imputs from the climate control or any other part of the external wiring? If so which ones? Also, would you know the colour codes?

P.S I want to run the car with a crank angle sensor as I have another car with an EB type disributor which I am not very happy with!
