no they dont have rca outs or anything like that. what you'll have to do is get some high quality LOC's... or take the head unit to bosch, and get them to fit rca's into it (costs 125$)

line level filters/adapter - gives you a connection to your amps etc.

When you say "they will fit RCA's", is this just converting the speaker wires to RCA? or do they actually fit a low-level RCA line?

not sure, but can find out - have a source at bosch. basically bosch can do this - put rca's into ba head units, but im not sure how they do it, whether its a convert, or fitting the line directly in. stay tuned for more info ;)

Well If I could get a hold of a GOOD quality line-level converter and an active crossover I would love to go to town on a BA stereo.

Just a thought, what about getting one with premium sound, than replacing the amp and running your subbies through the rear speakers. I did this to my xr and it pumps so well that my boot lining has come off from the vibration lol

lol well all i can say is that I put two 12" in the boot of my car and they sound awesome... I have a pic of them in my gallery if you wanna have a look. But I really think that would be the easiest way... I still use the standard speakers and get great play out of them... once they blow though it will be on to more powerful things lol

We had a Phantom BA XR6 come into our workshop with custom alarm ( one of those s**t keypad ones) and a separate headunit, some alpine, fitted seperatly, using stock speakers, the idea was there but it was pretty s**t. The fitted it next to that power jack under the center display. Just another option you could look for.
