The Front of my Car seems to be bottoming out all the time. Is there any way to check if the coils are stuffed. I checked it out today and there is very little gap between the bump rubber and the top of the shock. It never used to bottom out.

No it seems to settle real quick, It is mainly the right side that bottoms out, Mud Flap scrapes a lot. I have got some wear on the inside of both Front tyres and they have only done 3-4k.
