Ok look ive tried puting a boost controller in my ba xr6t ute just a normal little T peice ive unplugged the plug infront of my battery thats contected to sumthing my intercooler i dont know what it is exactly and another wich is the standard boost controller. i have taken the boost lines off the standard boost controllerand connected them together inbetween that i put the boost tap (controller) and wound it up a little nothing happend so i kept winding it is not makeing any differrence to the car what els do i need to do im not trying to run 6 seconds down a quater mile i just wanna go a lil more faster like 8-10 pound max any 1 have any sujestions on what to do.

Sorry you were a bit confusing with your description. IMHO, boost tee's are s**t!! Get a decent electronic one......

Im assuming this is a factory set up with an internal wastegate.... i think you have to change the boost actuator to one with a stronger spring and get a flash tuner for it.

You need to take it to get flash tuned.

Dont use a boost T on an XR6T. You will break it.

If you must do run a vac line from the actuator to the nipple on the front of the turbo and put the boost controller in the middle.

thats is what ive done and its not makeing any sort of difference at all is there a senser that needs to be over rided or unplugged

Owwwww!!! That made my brain hurt!!

just putting more boost into it will kill your engine. best off just getting it custom tuned coz u need to up the fuel to deal with the boost.
