I have an EF falcon with no smart lock remote so today i got a remote from a mate who had a EA. I tried programming in but had no joy... i read the forums and followed the instructions but still no joy!!! any suggestions or hints i could be doing wrong?

Did you try hopping around on your left leg while pressing the button, with your right eye closed?
