i doubt it's a pillow block, IIRC the cast code places it as being cast in 1972

The first letter J refers to Australia and the second letter refers to the asembly plant.
71 refers to the model being LTD and YB refers to the year and month of manufacture being 1981, May.
The rest are ID numbers for the block.

just did a little bit of digging, and as paul said, the VIN number as stamped on the block translates to a ay 1981 LTD, but the D2AE cast code tells me it was cast in 1972.....
interesting reading:

do a search for D2 in that last link.....

do pillow blocks have lumps coming out of sides of block ( pillows ) adjacent to the bores
a normal block has a flat side with the welsh plug bosses raised a bit and indents near these i think

D2AE is the engineering number not the casting number.
It means that is was first engineered in '72 not cast in '72.
The code nearby determines the actual date it was cast.
If has an '81 VIN it was likely cast around '79.
All of the four clevelands I have are D2AE, even the two late black XD/XE blocks.
