Hey guys if just got an ef falcon 95` gli from my mum. Currently I've only chucked in a KN pod filter,Au Xr8 intake snorkel and painted the interior vinyl ( thank you documents). But what I want to do is change my current control panel and dashboard to the ef xr6. Has any one done this? N is it alot of work/money to change any feed back is appreciated

Anyway, i assume you mean the instrument cluster is what you want to change as this is pretty much the only difference from a GLi and one from a fairmont is the same. You will also need to change you our pressure sender on the motor to one for a gauge, as the GLi only has a light.

You can add any Fairmont cluster to get the Oil Gauge, Volt meter etc. but you need to add a resistor on the circuit board.

Genuine XR ones will fit, and it doesn't have to be a i6 or a V8, they're all the same.

I have a couple of Police clusters with Low K's and also Oil sender units to go with them if your interested.

Police clusters are identical to a XR cluster but with a programmable Speedo with 2kmh increments, you can see the difference on the doco page.
