planning a motor rebuild for my ef turbo been buying some hot bits chasing 350-400rwkw trying to decide on a cam i want a billet cam that will be good to pull from 2800/3000 - 6500/7000rpm any suggestions would be appreciated

The main part with turbo cams is VERY little overlap ..
So wide LSA is best..
IMO being a long stroke motor 114 LSA / 224 / 222exh / .550 lift..
Can go higher in lift depending on head flow and valve gear...Then let the turbo make the power...
