put a new belt tensioner on my 5.0L. has a raptor kit on it.

anyway is the tensioner supposed to move alot wen u rev the car?? mine moves a little at high revs

A lot? No.
A little? Maybe okay, how far is it moving?
Torque is responsible for a bit of movement, but nothing too serious. As long as the belt isnt going to fly off while your driving it should be fine.

man its like the tiniest bit, the old one moved hell far ay.
i was just ondering because i thought they would move to stop the belt breaking

Thats exactly what theyre there for, to absorb some shock torque.
