Yay..... The resistors I picked up from the engineering dept have worked a treat.. the fans are not on and there is a big orange N in the middle of my cluster.

I'm still going to leave the gasket block on the ICS for now, later on I will figure out a way to measure the engine temp and cut off the ICS once warm (unless the aircon is on) similiar to what benj has done.

Would really love a way to get the SSPS working manually via a speed trigger without the ECU.. then I can go nuts with the J3.

Stoked that my fans are finally not on all the time.
