Speedo out = yes.

Need a cog from the car the diff come from, or call up ford & get a new cog for a EL with 3.45 diff ratio.

Cheers

how much will fuel consumption change from a 3.08 to 3.45 diff on a properly serviced car and will it give a car on gas more take off

If you like, you can gain fuel consumption, as the car doesn't have to work as hard taking off.
But you'll most likley boot it harder and use more fuel.

Your talking maybe 30ks difference a tank at the most i reckon.

Yes it will give the car more take off, your hauling a 100ish kg gas tank in the back.

The problem is you'll get better performance and you'll use it.

I wont even go into ECU changing to get the most out of it.
