hi there , i have replaced the bcm on my ford but now car wont start .... what have i got to do to get my car to 1. to go ... it turns over but wont start
2. reprogramming the remote to open the doors
ok now i have tried all these other things but pffft nothing happening
please help at wits end with this frigin LEMON that is blue in the face

Need to educate the BCM/Smartlock.

1) Turn off all your accessories, ie radio etc.

2) wind down your drivers window and close the door.

3) turn your key to Reds, don't try and start it and wait.

4) takes between 30 - 60 mins and you will hear the door locks cycle twice.

5) Turn the ignition off.

6) now you should be able to start the car.
