Putting in a full exhaust in next week inclusive of a high flow cat. I kno the MIL is gonna light up but my question is will it have any affect of performance of the car?

nah mate, dw about it, i been running mine for over a year (with light on and off) and the car is great. Just do all your mods and then get a custom tune to bring it all together and get the second sensor disabled
