So I was wiring in my new starter button (I know it's pointless, but I like it)... and when I was putting the steering column surround back on, I blew a fues... not sure how, but it was one of the ignition fuses (top left)... so I swapped the airbag fuse in so the car would start, then the next morning I replaced the fuse... airbag light stays on.... So I read the airbag thread sticky on here and tried to reset the light by connecting the 4th pin from the top left in the diagnostics plug, to the one in the bottom left.... can't seem to get any beeps or anything? Is there a time I have to do this, or do I have to hold the wire there for a long time? Any special type of wire I have to use even maybe?
Or does this mean that there is actually a fault with the airbags if I can't get it to beep and reset the code?
