hey can someone put these rims on my car, tint the windows and if you can lower it?

hey was wondering if u can photo shop this pic green on the bottom half just above the door handles where theres a line in the body work top half black or a nice blue

JUST SO YOU ARE ALL AWARE. LOWER THE RESOLUTION THE CRAPPIER THE RESULT.

Aim for 700x400 or higher (roughly) and you will recieve a quicker and higher quality result.

I havent mastered colouring white so I scourced another pic.
It is a BF but you get the point.

I have to say those wheels are the nicest so far.
