Hi guys

I'm just wondering what exactly is next to the oil cap on top of the engine?

If this is damaged is it a easy fix?

Thanks
Daniel.

Depends if its the PCV valve itself, the rubber grommet it sits into on the rocker cover or the hose I suppose guys too. Is it physically broken or is oil coming out of it? I think from memory if you start the car and remove it, then place you hand over the end of the hole it should suck your hand up and you will hear the ball bearings inside move? If this happens then its working. It too should just sit into the seat in the rocker cover and does not need to be afixed any other way

Ah k thanks guys

Well, it seems to be broken from the cover side. The actual top section on the plastic has cracked so half of the top part of the valve is loose and I can see a little pin inside.

If your close to phongus drop in and grab the one from him, or if your close to a pick a part wreckers pocket one, easy replacement too.
