Hey guys I'm just wondering if it's worth laying down some of this Dynamat stuff down on the floor while I've got the interior out of the car or is it all just a waist of time.

Thanks matt

Dynamat (or much cheaper equivalents) is/are great no doubt about it.

If you only want to stop road noise and heat through the floor however, there are different underlay products around that are cheaper and don't need sticking down. 'Dynamat' (just a brand name) even make underlays. Alot more convenient than sticking dynanmat to the whole floorpan, particularly if the factory deanening is still present.

Dynamat can be problematic when introduced to moisture. And if your chasing vibrations, matting one part will just make every other part vibrate lol.
