I've always wanted to do mine blue cuz it will match the Cobalt guages I'll get when the car is turbo'd. I've also wondered how hard/easy it'd be to make the actual guages go from black to white with lights on, as they do in my old man's Navara.

I got the ones off ebay they are ok quality not excellent. Well I got some and they had a scratch on the surface that I didn't notice at first. Then my mate got the same ones and they where way better quality.. i got the first set the guy made so the quality wasn't as good.

I emailed him telling him about the scratch and he was happy for me to return them and to make me another set, I only sent them back last week haven't gotten my new set yet. When you go back to black it sucks! it blends in too much makes the cluster feel further away.

Damn, I GOTTA get me a set of those!

I have a white EL XR6 so it will look sweet....just not sure which colour numbers to go with....red would probably be best i reckon...it looks pretty good in yours Rapier...

I have a blue dash mod in mine ATM which I quite like, but the red and white would look better than blue and white probably....decisions, decisions.....

i dont want to sound like an idiot but how hard is it to get the cluster out? what needs to removed? im assuming dash, steering wheel and stuff like that... how hard is all this to do? as i want to change the dials but am not too educated on this sort of thing.. roughly how long does it take to dismantle the surrounding and get to the cluster?

also.. if you get one of these dial sets... if they have blue numbers, you do not have to replace the bulbs do you? not like the blue LED conversion.. just making sure before i get a set.
