Looking to make my car manual but not entirely sure what to go for. I've got a 95 EFII falcon, 2.5"exhaust with extractors and hi flow cat. Do I just wanna look for ef trans or will any e series T5 work?
Cheers, Jack.

V8 T5 will not fit the 6 cylinder unless the input shaft is changed due to different lengths. An AU T5 will also fit, but might need an E-series bellhousing for a proper fit, but an AU bellhousing can be fitted...just 2 lower bolts won't be needed.

AU T5 is longer by about 50mm.
Any 6cyl T5 will fit from XF to EL. You must use the E-series bell-housing though. The T5 was updated to a stronger version at EB2. |

EDIT: Never mind the questions, just found that you need to cut a hole in the E-series to accomodate the AU T5...my bad for the mis-information.
