ive seen XE fronts on a XF so im assuming it can be done but dont quote me on that

XG are pretty much the same as a XF other than the different gril. XH front would require a new (EF,EL,XH) radiator support to bolt all the later model components onto...

i knew that a XG front was pretty much the same as a XF front just diffrent grill btw can a XG grill bolt straight onto a XF?

Yep im 99.9% sure the grill is a direct replacement

bolt straight on mate, but you'll need to adapt the headlight and indicator wiring loom. the XH has the EF/EL front end suspension, fire wall on XH is the same as XF and XG.

this pic is off xfalcon.com (im a member on there as well) this will give you an idea of adapting the loom

this is what the guy on xfalcon said "Heres an adapter loom for the wiring harness to go from XF back to XE, just cut the plug off the XF lights and wired it inot the loom i cut out of the XE, used the XF indicator as normal and its all is pretty simple"
