Looks can be decieving

Here is my car next to a Fairmont with std ride height and when it was on 17"s over 2 years ago

This is my ED with EL XR6 springs in it with 235/60 15's. Handles like a train on rails.
With hard cornering, the tyres rub the upper ball joints.....doesn't cut the tyres though.

my ef is on superlows front ultra back and im buying new wheels 19x8 what tyre width will fit well in gaurds on rims? drhemi do you have any tyre problems with 235 or should i got 245?

245's will need your guards rolled. 235's are a perfect fit.

I have just completed this exercise. actually it also depends on the brand, Goodyear have a wider carcass in 245 than most, but you can get 255 under the a**, 235 under the front, I only went 235 all round so i could rotate.

so what happens if you've got ultra lows in the front with just your standard 15 inch cyclone style xr rims? i haven't done this yet as they're sitting in my shed, and im contemplating adjustable camber plates from nolathane.

My old car with 235 and savage lowering, no scrubbing what so ever after rolled gaurds ;) and they didn't even manage to crack my paint like most older cars tend to (even with heating)
