After some faulty wiring my temp gauge stopped working so I sought after an aftermarket temp gauge (digital) my fans still kick in to cool the engine.
My question is what is the temperature of boiling point in a car my ride is a el falcon.

The boiling point of water is 100 degrees C but when under pressure (pressurised radiator / cap) it is raised, I think you should be asking what temp should it operate at!

According to the manual, the thermostat in the car should begin to open between 89 - 93 deg C and be fully open at 103 - 106 deg C. So operating temp should be between these figures.
