Hi I have an el xr6 and the brake lights are not coming on when brake is applied and I have tested the brake light switch it works But doesn't properly once re installed , any help would be great oh and the switch works when wriggled a bit for 2-3 applications of brake then nothing again

Brake light switch need to be aligned. It is moving off the correct position after you apply the brake pedal a couple of times. This happen to me one evening when I got home. Too late to change the bloody thing and I need to go to Livo, got a good zip tie, wrapped it around and set it in position and has been great ever since. Might replace it one day , when I am not so lazy or if it stuffs up again.
