I was parked outside Coles earlier today and I noticed a EF/EL Falcon park behind me. Anyway, as it was pulling out I noticed it had the flat door handles of a AU/etc instead of the normal EF/L handles.

Obviously it can be done, because he did it (wish I could have gotten a pic). Anyone know how hard it is to do? If it isn't that difficult it might be something I'll add to my todo list.

it involves welding the door skins.

Someone on here did it, could have been BenJ?

defiantly not a bolt on job, as mentioned, door skins were welded. It was not Benj though.

I do recall the thread, but not what to search for, it was a part of a pretty big makeover. Perhaps Hyena or mongoose?

Yes, Benj did it on one door. I know how big a pain it is as I did the cut and welding. Can be done but you need to be keen.

Well this guy was keen, had done it to all of them (or at least the side I saw).
