If you listen closely, I think you will find the whine is coming from the little b**ch behind the steering wheel.
Since you decided to stop playing cars and now take it up again some wonderful magical stuff has become avalible.

So it seems. Amazzzzing. It seems the blow off valve behind the sterring wheel is functional.
That little tuning thing looks pretty neat. p****d off the X2 support was dropped a few months after I bought it then had to buy X3 - but that's another story. Anyway, a bit more tinkering and troubleshooting until it goes back to CV so they can make it work, since it was what they were paid to do

so whats happening with your incomplete 347 short motor sitting on the stand at Joes?

Ideally it should've been in the car 12 months ago and being pumped with 9psi from this blower. Still on the cards, but I'm not too keen on pulling the car off the road for another long rest

Hm, I just noticed that MAF volts dont drop below 1.6V - even when the car is idle, closed throttle, 0km/hr 800rpm. This would indicate about 70-80kg/hr according to the calibration - is this normal for idle?
