whats the best way to not get my tyre pressure caps stolen! I think kids steal my caps for their bicycles and it is getting very annoying. its happened three times and I dont think it helps that I live right next to a school either. haha!!! Is there anything I can do? far fetched i know!

I'm fairly sure you can actually buy locking valve caps. I seem to recall seeing something in a Bob Jane flyer about them. Might be worth a shot.

hehe, give up, I gather your only losing 2 at a time

seriously run plastic ones nobody ever wanted them, whack flash ones on if you want for shows etc.

The locking ones I believe are just one you can tighten with a little spanner, will deter but not help much, me and my mates always had shifters etc. encase of flats, weren't any good for pegs but since pegs are no longer popular, most will be shifter equipped                          :( :(   :| :| :!: :!: :?: :P :P

Steel valves and hex headed caps. Although everytime i've asked for steel valves people look at me queer and usually reply with "we don't have any of those" ie: never seen them before because we just fit tyres.

Just don't catch yourself out and keep the appropriate equipment on hand. still a P.I.T.A howver. I've reverted back to rubber stems and plastic caps for convenience. The only time i'm missing them is when i've forgotten to put them back on lol

I use steel valves with steel hex caps and do them up with a 10mm spanner. Never been stolen, though the tyre shop has lost (forgotten) them in the past.

Metal caps with a 12volt battery hidden under the car connected to them. That should make them think twice.
