Hi guys i need to disconnect the front drivers side door wiring harness so i can run new wires through it as i am putting a switch pannel in the door trim, but i cannot find where the wires go once they enter the car. any advice of what i have to remove or where i can find it would be great, cheers guys.

You will need to pull back the black rubber boot that is over the harness where it goes inside the car at the A pillar. Once you have done that, lever out the plastic part of the harness and you will see where the door harness and the inner harness connect.

do i have to remove anything in order to pull the black rubber boot back?

No, the boot is a concertina type and it is a case of pulling it back but remember to ease it away from the plastic support that sits in the A Pillar.
