Can anyone recommend a good automotive upholster in or around Melbourne? I am looking to get my BA ute seats redone in cloth; sick of freezing cold a*** in winter and burnt ball bag in summer (currently have black XR leather). I’ve been quoted $1000 (2 x buckets) to have it done locally, now I know they would do a great job but it seems expensive… I can buy an FPV interior from FTG for that much. Not looking to get it done for free or a cheap s**t job, but when you don’t really have any competition you can charger whatever you want. So any suggestion would be great, especially if you have used them yourself.

Cheers Paul.

P.s. Before anyone asks, no I won’t be having the leather seats re trimmed in cloth… I have another cloth set that I will be using. And yes I will be selling the leather seats and matching door trims if anyone’s interested. They are in very good condition and look great in the ute, but Bendigo just has to many freezing cold or stinking hot days and I don’t have a shed or garage to park in…
I'll post some pic's if anyone's interested.

Nope, not mine.. but there are a couple very similar, one even has the same first 3 letters on the number plate!

Bendigo weather sucks. We get +42 summer days and -2 if not colder in the winter. But i guess you know that.
