hey just wondering iv got an 95 EF falcon and the drivers side is lower then the othe on level ground is that suspenion not to sure any advice ?

oh yeah i totaly forgot about the fuel tank i thought i was forgein something thanks anyways

but thats the reason why you have rear left and rear right springs. the right hand side are slightly longer and stiffere to accomodate for the driver and the fuel tank, other wise if were both springs were even then the car would sag on one side.

oh ok thanks i didnt know that about the springs oh not sure but would u know how to tighten the handbrake iv done the bolt on the handbrake but it wasnt any tighter iv had a look under but i cant figure out how to ?

Hey I have the same car but its the other way around (drivers side higher) I'm pretty sure the left and right are correct but I will make sure. Any suggestions?

Thanks mines the same also but i have ultra low springs in mine, its about 1.5cm higher on the drivers side. It annoys me as the passenger side sits excellent but the drivers is a little higher. I was just thinking of cutting the spring insulator in half so it drops it a little, but surely thats not they reason why it sits higher.. Might get under the car tomorrow and have another look at it while i change the rear bushes. |
