The BA has a VSI Injected gas system and i was looking into fitting Headers and High Flow Cat with the standard Exhaust would this work well? What's a good Extractor to use stainless steel or just mild steel ones.

Any mods that work well with petrol will work well with injected LPG. The only requirement is that you have the system recalibrated after fitting the mods if you have SVI.
