if you do a search you will find people argueing over losing power on the dyno swapping to a bigger throttle body on the 4.0l or gaining, personally i think the standard one is capable of giving your engine enough air with a 1673 cam, if it was a definate power increase by changing it im sure every second car on here if not all cars on this forum would have bigger throttlebodys

they are just a standard throttle body and they just machine them out bigger on the inside,

You could give it a shot dude, I was looking into them myself. Some people say they work wonders others think not.
It all depends on what mods you have and if the extra volume will do you any justice for it's price.

I gave mine a little polish back and also just the spindle in half.
Here is the link:
http://www.fordmods.com/ford-4l-and-6-cylinder-f1/69mm-throttle-body-need-more-dyno-tuning-t106006.html

Then there is the original doco from KWIKXR
http://www.fordmods.com/fordmods-technical-documents-diy-f38/improving-your-6cyl-e-series-throttlebody-the-diy-way-t84040.html

And with the home made mod to the butterfly some maths done by tickford_6
All are worked out based on an 8mm shaft.

Stock 65mm tb has an area of 2798mm squared
stock 65mm tb with half shaft mod has an area of 3058mm squared
70mm tb with full 8mm shaft has an area of 3288mm squared
70mm tb with half shaft has an area of 3568mm squared.
