Hey guys just need some advice on how to add new wires the the ignition so they will run when the ignition is on accessory?

im running led lights through a switch but i would like to run the switch throught the ignition first so when the car is off there will be no power to the switch.

Have you tried running the lights off of one of the many relays available in your car already? Maybe even adding a relay of your own, then you don't have to touch the ignition itself!

why not run leds off your cigarette lighter or any other accesory, and attach a switch to that.

extra light better be LED's only. Better not be neons, neons are ghey.

As suggested, wire it in with the cigarette lighter. that only works when the accessories or more are on.
