This may seem an ignorant question, so bear with me pls.
Concerning coil springs:
Are they color coded. e.g. low-blue....super low-yellow.
I know this doesnt make much sense as there is SSL as well.
To the point, i bought an EF lowered with yellow springs at front
Blue springs at rear.
Is there any way to tell what they are except removing wheels and reading the labels,
which i can see are quite faded.
(dunno much about suspension )

I think you have 2 different brands of springs. Yellow is usually Kings, Pedders usually Red and Lovells usually Blue. I think that Kmac are ochre colour.

Sometimes they have numbers in the spring but you will find that normally they don't have coloured bands. Genuine Ford ones do have coloured bands to distinguish them.
