the easiest way would probably be to source a standard turbo and manifold off flea bay.. and buy an aftermarket cooler and piping kit. and probably aftermarket exhaust aswell.. I would imagine the turbo territory pipework would be hard to come by. also with all the aftermarket gear you could easily run a bit of extra boost for some more killerwasps.
have a look on www.fordxr6turbo.com there is a few na to turbo conversions going on, not into territories but most of the conversion will be very similar. -mitch

im just wondering which way i should go with it. |

if you havent gotten the territory yet just buy a turbo charged one, unless itl cost alot more than buying the kit getting it tuned and fitted

Turbo (xr6t unit from the wreckers) Exhaust manifold (xr6t unit from wreckers) cooler and piping (xr6t piping if xr6t, if territory then get xr6t cooler and a box of bends from just jap or other ricer supplier and pipe it up yourself) oil, water feed and drain lines (xr6t items from wrecker or genuine new ford items, or even go to enzed) ECU (flash tune from any mechanic who has tuned one cause the ECU's are all the same. only the tune is different) Now seriously, the monetary loss from trading in a non turbo territory in for a new one would cost a lot more than the above menitoned parts. If it doesn't then I must be missing something or you are all ripping yourselves off. |

Buy the XR6T manifold and turbo then fabricate the rest..
Could use some XR6T parts to keep it looking authentic ?? Engine management in this are is not my strong point ?? Could just be a change in MAP senser ?? Then tune.. But check first !!!

From what I understand not even a change in map sensor, just a straight flash to an XR6T tune.

Gotta do the map sensor or it will peg out at 2 or 3 psi. If they can get around it would just be like adding a FCD so may as well do it.
