has anyone ran or dose anyone know if you can have double head gasket. reason is that i have put a tickford head on my car and have got timing chain rattle now. that would mean it has been shaved to much ,i did measure the std head and the tick one and there is about a mill difference
if anyone knows that would be great thanks

1mm is 40 thou. I have heard that you can go 80 thou or 2mm. Seems alot to me. May be Tickford6 can through some light on the matter or Joe from CMS. I would have thought that the tensioner would take up 1mm in slack.

Forget about running a decomp plate, more hassle than they are worth, Just get an ACL 1.3mm gasket.
