Hey guys, My names tony i have a 97 El manual sedan, the usual mods headers, Ba intake, Lukey hi flow panel filter, Crane hi energy coil, Bosch motorsport leads, Iridium Ngk's etc. 167k's (and its red so it goes faster, k.b.w.)
I have been having issues in the last few weeks where it seems like the car is leaning, Power dies right out and you can hear an "air flow" like sound thruogh the exhaust,
I have replaced the fuel pump and filter which hasnt really helped, the problem is intermittent i might drive for several days no problems then it may be bad for a short period shift gears and it comes good again or it may be bad for a couple of drives "leaning" under load.
The plugs are clean, not fouling up and they dont appear to be burning either,
it sometimes "hiccups" at idle. never stalls though.
I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas?

(im only 27 but not a fan of new cars...but who can afford the old ones anymore?..(shouldve never sold the XY...or the xb's..or escorts...)

My next mods are an AU fuel rail and injectors, for the higher pressure reg and 20lb 4 squirters was
