i have a Au bottom end, and an ea head... now i have done a bit searching on here about what is needed e.g Au cam and rocker gear, but i have heard that if i ues the ea cam and rocker gear it will also just fine on the au block, is this right? and yea i know that there is diffrent ratios between them 1:1.8 to 1:2 but that is just the cam to valve ratio isnt it?

if you run an ea head you can run the ea cam and ea rocker gear on the au block, or if your running an au cam in the ea head you need to run the au rocker gear and cam together

thanks man, yea just heard a few people say that you had to run the Au cam rocker gear no matter what head if it was goin on the Au bottom end, and do you if the ratio 1:1.8 is the cam to valve ratio?
