HI. I recently had someone crash into my EF , Drivers side door and quarter panel are damaged. I was quoted around $2k by a wreckers. I have just been given the opportunity to buy an EL Falcon, but I noticed there is no seam on the quarter panel. Is it worth buying the EL to repair my car and save $$$? or is it more trouble than it's worth? THanks.

I just picked up a ef Gli for $550, complete rand running. find one of these and take what you need scrap it for parts and sell em, get a wrecker to take the rest.
Easy fix, under $1000 and it will pay for itself.

As dc_todd said, Get a complete cheap enough and take what you need off it and the rest of the good parts you can sell on here then get scrap metal to come and collect the shell....You'll have your car fixed and have some cash in your pocket too.

are you talking about the rear quarter panel is damaged? you never know you might find a gli for cheap enough thats in better nick than yours or even a fairmont for cheap, and then just swap your 5 speed and all your other goodies into the other car
